Privacy Policy

Tokenando (“we”, “us”) operates tokenando.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what choices you have. If you have questions, contact us at admin@meditari.com.

1. Information we collect

We only collect information you actively provide:

  • Email address — when you subscribe to the Intelligence Series, join the waiting list, or register your firm in the Directory.
  • Name & company — optional fields on the subscription and Directory forms.
  • Message content — anything you send us in a form or reply.

We also collect minimal technical data automatically (IP address, browser type, referrer) through standard web server logs to keep the site running and secure. We do not build behavioural profiles.

2. How we use it

  • To send you the briefings, updates, and responses you asked for.
  • To contact you about the Directory, partnership enquiries, or waiting-list access.
  • To operate, protect, and improve the site.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.

3. Who processes your data

We use carefully selected third-party services to run the platform. They process data strictly on our behalf:

  • Resend — email delivery (subscriber emails, confirmations, admin notifications).
  • Vercel — website hosting and logs.
  • Sanity — content management for editorial.

4. Retention

We keep subscriber records as long as you remain subscribed. You can ask us to delete them at any time by emailing admin@meditari.com, or by replying “unsubscribe” to any email.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. EEA, UK, California), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Email us at admin@meditari.com and we’ll handle it promptly.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, but no online service is perfectly secure. Please use strong, unique passwords and be cautious with links.

7. Children

Tokenando is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the date at the top. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers by email.
